When you decide to become a NPN member, we have several options available for your convenience in doing so. You can complete and submit the form at the right or download our Word or PDF form to return to us via postal mail or fax. If you prefer that we send you an application, please contact us to request one from us. Our membership levels are below.

Annual Membership Levels:
(All membership rates are yearly.)

Nonprofit Entities -
1. $10 - List name on web in alpha order and category
2. $30 - List name on web in alpha order and category plus contact info: phone & address
3. $50 - List name on web in alpha order and category plus contact info: phone & address, small space set aside for description of organization & one NPN email
4. $100- List name on web in alpha order and category plus contact info: phone & address, larger space set aside for description of organization & up to three NPN emails
5. $100- List name on web in alpha order and category plus contact info: phone & address, larger space set aside for description of organization & link to own existing website
6. $150- List name on web in alpha order and category plus contact info: phone & address, larger space set aside for description of organization, link to own existing web, and three NPN emails
7. $200- List name on web in alpha order and category plus contact info: phone & address, link to own sub-site page on NPN site and up to five NPN emails. Example: yourname.npn.com
8. $300- List name on web in alpha order and category plus contact info: phone & address, link to own domain name & 1-page site housed at NPN page, includes 1 monthly update, two email addresses from domain & up to five NPN emails.

Note: member responsible for providing text & description of organization.

General/Business Entities -
9. $50 - Networking Partner: List name on web in alpha order and Partners category with contact info.
10. $150-Public Supporter: List name on web in alpha order and Partners category with brief statement & contact info.
11. $300-Business Member: List name on web in alpha order and Partners category with detailed description of business, contact info., link to website and advertisement of services (web)
12. $500-Corporate Member: List name on web in alpha order and Partners category with detailed description of business, contact info., link to website, advertisement of services (web & print including newsletter), receive complimentary listing of NPN members who opt in for NPN vendor and benefactor/benefits information distribution

Any Entity Type: Executive Level -
1. $1000 and above- Executive Member: List name on Home Page of NPN website AND alpha order in Partners category/Nonprofit category as appropriate, with detailed description of business, contact info., link to website, advertisement of services (web & print including newsletter), receive complimentary listing of NPN members who opt in for NPN vendor and benefactor/benefits information distribution, opportunity to provide up to three Op-Ed pieces for publication on NPN website during membership year, and oversized-framed-personalized NPN artwork

Multi-Member Discounts -
Available as first membership year discount with only restriction being that the multiple memberships must be enrolled at the same time. Amount shown is single discount taken off of the normal price for each new membership purchased as a group of two or more.

Level 3: 25% Off - $12.50    Level 4: 25% Off - $25.00
Level 5: 25% Off - $25.00    Level 6: 25% Off - $37.50
Level 7: 30% Off - $60.00    Level 8: 30% Off - $90.00
